If a printable resource or activity pack won't download or open, here are a few things to try before contacting us.

Check My Downloads first. Every purchase — including free resources — is saved to My Downloads in your account, so you can always get a fresh copy of the file if the first download didn’t complete.

Use a desktop or laptop where possible. Some mobile browsers open PDFs in a viewer that doesn’t support downloading directly; if that happens, try "Open in browser" or switch to a computer.

Make sure your PDF reader is up to date. Our activity packs are provided as standard PDF files in both A4 and US Letter sizes — any modern PDF reader should open them without trouble.
