Licence Terms

This document outlines the licence terms and restrictions for using Little Eaglet content.

What You Are Licensed To Do. When you purchase a resource or performance pack, you receive a licence to use that content within the scope specified at purchase. Individual teacher licences permit use in your own classroom. School licences extend to the specified school. Multi-school licences cover all participating schools in your district.

What You Are Not Licensed To Do. Resources may not be resold, redistributed, shared outside your licensed group, or uploaded to public websites or file-sharing services. Commercial use, public performance, or broadcasting requires a separate commercial licence. Reverse engineering or attempting to extract underlying content is prohibited.

Duration of Licence. Licences are perpetual for the version of the content you purchase. If we release significant updates or new versions, you may need to purchase separately to access those updates.

Termination. We reserve the right to terminate your licence if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease use of the licensed content.

Special Uses. If you wish to use Little Eaglet content for a purpose not covered by these standard terms, please contact us to discuss a custom licence agreement.
